In Search of Balance

There are things that we need and there are things we think we need.
There are things that we feel and there are things we think we feel.
Both are dynamical and subject to change; mostly due to their interactions.

How much one is aware of this difference and how well he or she can manage to keep the balance in this interaction plays an important role in the mental health of the person.

I'm getting too far into my psychological models. I realized it this morning in the bus when I missed my stop!
